Make sure your username and password are correct. If they are, contact the forum administrator to make sure your account hasn't been banned or removed. It is also possible the website owner has a configuration error on their end, and they would need to fix it.
Registration is required to post questions and comments. Registration will give you access to additional features not available to guest users such as setting up a user profile, private messaging etc. It only takes a few moments to register.
Click the lost password link and follow the instructions.
Attempt to locate the e-mail sent to you when you first registered, check your username and password and try again. You can also click on the lost password link. It is possible an administrator has deactivated or deleted your account for some reason.
If you are a registered user, all your settings are stored in the forum database. To alter them, click your username in the upper right corner while logged in and select Edit Profile. This section will enable you to change your basic information, profile picture, mail settings as well as delete your account.
Click on your username in the upper right corner while logged in and select Edit Profile. At the bottom of this page is Mail Setting, where you can change your notification settings.
Click on your username in the upper right corner while logged in and select Edit Profile. At the bottom of this page, you will have the option to delete your account.
To post a new question, click on the Ask a Question button on the top right corner of the homepage. You can also click on the pink icon at the bottom right corner of every page. You will need to register before you can ask a question.
Unless you are a forum administrator or moderator, you can only edit or delete your own posts. You can edit a question by clicking on the question and selecting the "edit" button at the bottom of the relevant post.
When composing a question, select the Browse button in the Featured image textbox. This will allow you to add an image.
The forum administrator may decide to approve your post before submission or remove the post if it is inappropriate.
Administrators are members assigned with the highest level of control over the entire forum. These members can control all facets of forum operation, including setting permissions, banning users, creating moderators, etc., dependent upon the forum founder and what permissions he or she has given the other administrators. They may also have full moderator capabilities in all forums.
Moderators are individuals (or groups of individuals) who look after the forums from day to day. They have the authority to edit or delete posts and lock, unlock, move, delete topics in the forum they moderate. Generally, moderators are present to prevent users from going off-topic or posting abusive or offensive material.
Usergroups are created and handled by Administrators. Usergroups are groups of users that divide the community into manageable sections forum administrators can work with. Each user can belong to several groups and each group can be assigned individual permissions. This provides an easy way for administrators to change permissions for many users at once, such as changing moderator permissions.
To report a user, click on the relevant question. At the bottom left hand corner of the post you will see the Report button.
You are not registered and/or not logged on. Please register and log in to be able to send PMs.
Please e-mail the forum administrator with a full copy of the message you received. The forum administrator can then take action. You can also report the user by clicking on a question posted by the user, and hitting the Report button.
Click the "Search" link at the top of the page and enter a search term in the search box. Click the "search" button or hit enter.
Click a username in the topic you have answered to, and view your profile as other's see it.
To subscribe to a specific topic, click the on the Tags link in the left hand menu. On this page, you will see a number of different tags which you can follow. You can also follow a question by clicking on the question and selecting the +Followers button at the bottom of the question. To unfollow, click the +Followers button again.
User can rate messages up and down. This gives users "reputation" and makes finding valuable information easier.
To rate a post simply click the up or down arrow next to it. You can vote only once.
Users are awarded points for various activities. To review the points system, click on the Badges link on the left menu bar.
