How do you treat it? leaky gutmanagementquestiontreatment Share Facebook 3 Answers Voted Oldest Recent Allnaturalerin 0 Questions 2 Answers 0 Best Answers 24 Points View Profile Allnaturalerin Added an answer on December 12, 2019 at 12:53 am Are you on a low histamine diet? Eat anti inflammatory foods. Temporarily cut out grains, raw vegetables , anything thats hard to digest. Try to eat smoothies, fresh pressed juices, and soups. Those are easy to digest and healing. Celery juice really helped me. Add in a magnesium supplement (magnesium changed my life!). If you can tolerate try a collagen powder. 0 Login to Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp jameo100 1 Question 2 Answers 0 Best Answers 25 Points View Profile jameo100 Added an answer on October 14, 2019 at 10:40 am Hi, Supposedly ‘Restore’ is good for sealing the junctions in your gut to prevent Leaky Gut. I’ll be honest i’ve been on it for a month and haven’t noticed any major changes- my functional doctor has told me though that it can take a while for it to work. Bone broth is also supposed to be very good for healing the intestine. You’ll have to make it fresh if you have histamine issues though. 0 Login to Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp melhit 1 Question 8 Answers 0 Best Answers 37 Points View Profile melhit Added an answer on October 7, 2019 at 11:26 am The Gut Health Protocol 0 Login to Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp Leave an answerCancel replyYou must login or register to add a new answer.
